Description Position : Vocal & General Music Teacher - 1.0 FTE - John Muir Middle School
Certifications : WI DPI #1511 - Vocal Music 6-12 and WI DPI #1515 - General Music are required
Required Qualifications :
- Knowledge of developing the adolescent voice and preparing students to be musically literate
- Plan, Develop, and Assess lessons and learning around the DPI WI State Standards for Music
- Piano proficiency
- Teach guitar and keyboard classes
- Ability to teach guitar and keyboard classes
- Be organized, flexible, creative, collaborative, and student centered
