The Financial Analyst will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making by focusing on pricing analysis, margin optimization, and financial strategy. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience with financial reporting, and a desire to grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance, including pricing trends, commissions, and margin analysis
- Conduct pricing and margin analysis to support strategic decision-making, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability
- Perform make vs. buy analysis to evaluate cost efficiency and support procurement strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement product pricing strategies across various markets and channels
- Identify and resolve customer, product, and pricing issues, ensuring data accuracy and financial integrity
- Support the finance department in month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and investment opportunities
- Assist in the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, aligning with the company’s focus on continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with teams to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
