Plant/Department: Paint Plant- Racking Department
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Summary of Position: Repairing and maintaining racks for use in paint line.
Essential Duties:
- Welding racks
- Fabrication
- Grinding
- Cutting with a torch
- Rack repair
- Send out dirty racks to be cleaned
- Trains others
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain load bars
- Other Duties as assigned
- Flex into other areas as needed
- Apply Lean principles in own work performance and drive Lean applications in company operations
Required Skills:
- Basic math and reading skills required
- Excellent verbal communication skills required

- Required to wear PAPR Respirator
