What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Lessons Instructor- Redmond position at Wave Aquatics?
Wave Swim School offers swim lessons at Redmond Pool. We are looking for self-motivated and dependable team members to help us offer high quality swim lessons to members of the Eastside community.
Flexible position with room for growth in the company. This is perfect position for young professionals, students, or anyone looking to be a part of a cooperative team!
All training and certifications provided in house.
Swim Instructor
Hours:
- Part-time
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Partial shifts available)
- Saturday mornings 7:30 am - 1:00 pm (Partial shifts available)
Requirements:
- American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain within first 3 months of employment
- Passion for being in the water and working with kids
- Commitment to a consistent work schedule, at least 1 lessons shift per week
- Attendance at mandatory staff meetings
- Pass a standard background check
- Must be 16 years of age or older
