What You’ll Do:
- Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service during busy periods
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers
- Ensure that all guests receive excellent service and that their dining experience meets our high standards
- Oversee guest seating, reservations, and service flow, making adjustments as needed
- Handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism and resolve conflicts effectively
- Assist with inventory management and ensure the front-of-house is always well-stocked
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area and public spaces
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in a front-of-house management role
- Experience managing a team of 10-15 staff members in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure, especially during peak hours
- Passion for providing top-notch customer service and creating a positive environment for both guests and staff
- Availability to work weekends
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to lead by example
Our Hours:
- Monday: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday - Thursday: 11:00 AM – 2:30 PM / 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday - Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
