What You’ll Do:
- Break down and prep fish, along with other sushi ingredients
- Roll sushi and craft custom rolls with precision and care
- Learn to create and perfect our signature sushi items, like sushi burgers, pizza, hot dogs, and more!
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to food safety standards
- Keep up with a fast-paced environment, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection
- Work closely with a collaborative team to deliver a memorable dining experience for every guest
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of sushi rolling experience
- A passion for food, creativity, and learning new techniques
- Ability to work Weekends
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure
- A team player with a friendly attitude and positive energy
- Experience in a high-paced kitchen is a plus
Our Hours:
- Monday 4:30-9:00
- Tuesday - Thursday: 11:00 – 2:30 / 4:30 - 9:00
- Saturday 11:00 - 9:00
- Sunday: 11:00 – 8:00
We shut down in the middle of the day from 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM (Tuesday-Thursday) for employee breaks, ensuring everyone gets time to recharge.
