A Day in the Life of the Broadband Network Technician:
The Broadband Network Technician I will be responsible for the detection, troubleshooting, and resolution of system outages for data, video, and telephone services.

A Day in the Life of the Broadband Network Technician:
The Broadband Network Technician I will be responsible for the detection, troubleshooting, and resolution of system outages for data, video, and telephone services.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain system connectivity through detecting, troubleshooting, and resolving outages.
- Provide emergency restoration of coax and underground cable.
- Installing and troubleshooting fiber cables, restoring and repairing lines.
- Maintenance of power supplies, leakage and splicing.
- Maintain proper documentation of rendered services.
- Participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Other duties as assigned.
