General Overview:
Wave Car Wash is searching for a dynamic leader to help run our newest location in Chadds Ford. The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, reliable, mechanically inclined and self-motivated. No car wash experience is necessary, but management/leadership is required.
The Manager is responsible for all site operations including customer service, driving sales, site safety and compliance, recruiting staff, facilities/equipment management, and other duties as assigned.
As part of the Wave Car Wash Leadership Team, you will lead the site and ensure our customers have an enjoyable wash experience, lead training and motivate the Wave Car Wash Team, lead a high-quality customer service strategy, and learn about the most advanced car wash technology available today.

Essential Functions:
- Recruit, train and coach staff
- Ensure site safety
- Drive sales goals and incentives
- Ensure compliance with site management standards
- Ensure compliance with facilities/equipment maintenance schedules
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of the site, exceptional attention to detail
- Aptness to oversee purchasing and chemical management
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and damage claims
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking
- Ability to lift 30 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work in changing environments
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum of two (2 ) years of management experience is required. Management in the food/service industry is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
