What You'll Do :
- Schedule & Manage Appointments : Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth flow and minimal wait times.
- Treatment Planning : Collaborate with dentists to provide detailed treatment plans and educate patients on procedures, benefits, and costs.
- Patient Support : Serve as the main point of contact for patients, answering questions and ensuring a comfortable experience from start to finish.
- Insurance Verification & Billing : Assist with verifying insurance benefits and accurately managing billing information.
- Maintain Records : Update and manage patient files with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Customer Service : Build lasting relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
