The Role: 

Wave Digital Assets is looking for a Product Associate with 3-6 years prior work experience to become an integral part of our products team. The Associate will collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps. There is a large project management component to this role and coordinating with trading, middle office, finance, and sales teams. This person will also prepare and review product requirements documents (PRD), organize product releases properly, and help manage the product through its lifecycle. This individual should have exceptional organizational, research, modeling, and writing skills in addition to being intimately familiar with the blockchain industry.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of crypto investment capabilities across the firm
• Coordinate the communication among the trading, sales, finance, legal, and other teams
• Independently be able to drive projects and initiatives within the firm
• Deck building 
• Financial Modeling

• Competitive Analysis

• Follow up with prospects and clients on specialized requests

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 3-6 years of work experience in a front office finance/investment banking role
• Prior established connections in crypto
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills 
• Team player who works well in a cooperative team environment 
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Positive Attitude
• Manage effectively to deadlines and can function well in a high-pressure, fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
