Your Role as a Customer Service and Sales Representative:
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships that promote brand loyalty on behalf of the company we represent. You will assist customers with inquiries, offer accurate information about products and services, and ensure that concerns are resolved in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, you’ll represent the brand at on-site events and promotional activities, interacting with customers in real-time to provide a memorable experience.
Staying up to date with the company's products and services will be essential in offering informed support and helping customers make the best decisions. You will also be responsible for recording customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery and ensure that the company’s goals are consistently met. Working closely with your team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and helping to achieve the client’s objectives.
