At Next Level Execs we are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant, to represent leading brands, create a welcoming environment and engage customers in retail stores and shopping malls in the Maidson area.
Retail Sales Assistant Key Duties:
- Actively engage with customers in retail environments to promote client products and services.
- Provide tailored recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays to attract customers.
- Answer customer questions and educate them on product benefits.
- Track sales and report results to ensure client objectives are met.
- Identify upselling opportunities to maximize client revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic and outgoing individuals with strong interpersonal skills.
- An interest in retail and sales; no experience required—training provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
