Associate Consultant (Intern)

Position Summary

Lumenci is a legal tech startup founded by group of IIT alumni. Lumenci’s mission is to transform the legal and intellectual property industry in US & Europe with groundbreaking products and services. We are currently looking to build an exceptionally strong technical team to help us deliver high quality products and services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep technical research & analysis, including but not limited to, technology due diligence, market research, target scouting, infringement analysis, portfolio analysis
• Explain complex technology matters to semi technical and non-technical audiences
• Experiment and tinker with devices (smartphones, gaming consoles and such) to reverse engineer various functionalities using industry standard tools, source code review, and product documentation research
• Analyze public and confidential software (repo or standalone)
• Build models to analyze large data and draw insights
• Work with product teams to advice and contribute to the development & testing of Lumenci’s technology platforms
• Showcase technology and IP thought leadership via blogs and research reports
• Collaborate across the organization in-person and with virtual, global teams
• Establish and cultivate relationships internally and externally
• Travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, source code investigations, audits, conferences, and trainings as a Lumenci professional
  
  

Education And Experience

• B.S or M.S in Electronics/Wireless/Telecommunications/Software Engineering
• Recent graduates (within the past 6 months) are encouraged to apply
