The Property Preservation Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining and preserving residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance expertise, to effectively manage property preservation projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Perform basic fabrication tasks as needed to repair or enhance property features.
• Execute electrical repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Utilize welding skills for structural repairs or modifications on properties.
• Carry out residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal and protect surfaces.
• Maintain equipment and tools used in property preservation activities.
• Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate with contractors for specialized services.
