As a key partner of WorkBoard, we leverage its powerful OKR management platform to help organizations align teams, execute their strategy, and accelerate business outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our team . In this role, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating the value of WorkBoard’s SaaS solution, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
While our primary mode of operation is remote, occasional on-site visits within the US are necessary for collaborative client engagements.
Your Role
Sales and Business Development
- Take ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting, follow-ups, contract review and negotiations, and closing deals to post-sale account management.
- Drive revenue growth to achieve and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, effective pipeline management, and strong deal execution.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and monitor key sales indicators to drive efficiencies.
- Identify and engage mid-market prospects through outbound efforts while also managing inbound leads generated by marketing.
- Qualify, nurture, and progress leads.
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential target markets.
