Qualifications
What We're Looking For :
- 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a resort.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ability to work closely with ownership and corporate leadership to achieve business goals.
