- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Technology Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in business administration or healthcare management is preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare technology management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within healthcare technology environments.
- Proven track record of successful project management in technology implementations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
