We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems,
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Work with logic controllers to diagnose and resolve electrical problems
- Provide leadership and training to junior maintenance staff as required.
- Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.
- Use an ohmmeter and other tools to test electrical circuits and components.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in supervising maintenance teams or projects.
- Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance management.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.
- Competence in residential painting techniques.
- Proficient in using an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
