Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our expanding portfolio of products, including hardware software, and credentialing solutions. This role will play a key part in driving product adoption, enabling sales, and building brand awareness in the security and access control industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and creative marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollouts, including collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing.

Product Positioning & Messaging:

Craft compelling product narratives that resonate with target audiences, including security integrators, end-users, and technology partners.

Define clear value propositions for each product line and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Sales Enablement:

Develop sales tools, collateral, and training materials to equip the sales team with product knowledge and key differentiators.

Create content for presentations, case studies, white papers, and product data sheets.

Market Intelligence:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategy.

Customer & Partner Engagement:

Work closely with key customers, partners, and the Wavelynx community to drive engagement and product adoption.

Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product management and engineering.

Thought Leadership & Brand Building:

Develop thought leadership content, including blogs, webinars, and industry presentations, to strengthen Wavelynx’s brand presence.

Represent Wavelynx at industry events, tradeshows, and webinars.

Metrics & Reporting:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.

Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B technology or security solutions.

Strong understanding of access control, physical security, or related industries.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Salary: $95,000- $102,000
Along with our salary, we offer great rates on company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance with HSA-eligible plans available, generous retirement with up to a 6% 401k match, and holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
