Summary:
The LEAF Community Program Manager is a crucial role responsible for the successful execution and day-to-day operations of our LEAF Community Program. This individual will be instrumental in bringing the program's vision to life, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering a positive and impactful experience for participants. Key Responsibilities:

Program Implementation:

Oversee and manage all aspects of program delivery according to established timelines, objectives, and program design.

Coordinate and schedule program activities, workshops, events, and resources.

Ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and logistical support for program activities.

Implement program curriculum and activities with fidelity and adapt as needed under the guidance of program leadership.

Participant Management:

Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing support.

Manage participant enrollment, registration, and communication processes.

Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all program participants.

Track participant attendance, engagement, and progress.

Logistics and Operations:

Manage program budgets and track expenses related to program execution.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, communications, product) to ensure smooth program operations.

5 years in account or program management in the nonprofit sector or similar standards-based community management.

Proven experience in the successful execution of community-based programs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Google Suite, Hubspot CRM.
