Job Summary : We seek an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee multiple warehousing and distribution facilities within the Erie, PA region. The Regional Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and driving performance across all sites. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for multiple warehouse and distribution facilities within the region.
- Develop and implement operational plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all locations.
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain logistics to optimize operational workflows.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing site managers and other key personnel.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and trucking teams, to improve service levels and operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as necessary to senior management.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and address operational concerns.
- Drive employee engagement and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
