Key Responsibilities Identify New Business Opportunities : Research and identify potential clients and market segments within the landscape management industry. Develop strategies to target and acquire new business.Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and propose solutions that align with their landscape management goals.Sales and Marketing : Develop and implement sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for business growth.Proposal and Contract Management : Prepare detailed proposals and contracts. Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
