Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support team members while assisting the Site Manager in daily operations.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
- Operations Management: Oversee inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and monitor financial performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Business Development: Contribute to strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Daily Operations: Handle opening and closing procedures, safely manage vehicle loading, and maintain equipment and facilities.
- Sales and Memberships: Promote and sell Wash Club Memberships, manage transactions, and utilize company software effectively.
- Policy Adherence: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Availability: Flexible schedule with open availability during the week and willingness to work rotating weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in car wash management is required for an Assistant Manager position. For those with less experience, our Manager-in-Training program offers an excellent opportunity to develop into the role.
- Flexibility: Must be able to travel to any of our five Upstate locations.
