Job Title: Residential Program Coordinator
This is a Full-time, hourly position. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM On-call rotation. This position pays $20/hour.

What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional at Waves, Inc. you will be an essential part of our mission. You will:
- Ensure all staff members have the proper training to work in particular homes. Assist with scheduling and/or provide training to Life Skills Coaches and House Managers as needed.
- Provide direct support to persons supported as needed.
- Checking timesheets of the staff working in the Franklin Residential Division for accuracy if so delegated by Program Manager.
- Serve on the after-hours emergency on-call team.
- Be familiar with DIDD regulations for Protection from Harm. Report and document all incidents in a timely manner.
- Conduct, document, and supervise on-site visits to each division location.
- Maintain agency records for persons supported assigned to Franklin Residential Division, including but not limited to: Provider Monthly Reviews, Risk Assessments, and Medication Administration Records.
- Assist the Program Manager with filing and maintaining persons supported records.
- Attend Circle of Support meetings as requested for persons supported assigned to Franklin Residential Division.
- Monitor and implement services as required for the individuals supported by the Franklin Residential Division. This could include but is not limited to medical appointments, documentation of services provided, and timely development of individual service plans.
- Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication with the Program Manager and Adult Services Director regarding progress, special needs, or obstacles that may affect quality services to persons supported.
- As needed, assist Franklin Residential House Managers with persons supported medical appointments. Act as a primary or backup Agency contact between doctors offices and the Agency.
- Keep the Franklin Residential Program Manager informed regarding employee performance issues.
- Be flexible in scheduling work hours each week.
- Train House Managers and Life Skills Coaches in their duties and provide oversight in the general operation of the homes, including but not limited to: maintenance of household budgets, housekeeping, and service to persons supported.
To qualify for the position, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Tennessee Drivers License
- At least 2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of household safety and security procedures
- Proficient in using various software and applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
