Our Social Media Specialist is a part-time, hourly position reporting to WavMakers Director of Marketing. This role will be an integral part of our Marketing effort, driving WavMakers growth and success through our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn). In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for social media strategy, content creation, and community management.
As Social Media Specialist, youll make an impact by :
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy for WavMaker that aligns with our overall brand and marketing objectives.
- Creating engaging and impactful social media content that promotes the WavMaker brand and drives user engagement.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure social media campaigns align with product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date on social media trends, platforms, and best practices to continually improve and innovate WavMakers social media presence.
- Managing our social media channels and engaging with the WavMaker community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Working closely with WavMaker's Director of Marketing and internal designers to create and execute social media campaigns that support our overall business goals.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor social media activity, making strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborating with our internal creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand social media assets.
- Ensuring all social media content is in line with WavMakers brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Utilizing social media listening tools to identify and capitalize on relevant trends and conversations within the video creator community.
- Staying informed of industry regulations and guidelines for social media marketing and ensuring WavMakers compliance.
- Continuously tracking and reporting on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
