We are seeking a skilled Data Center Technician with expertise in UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) Implementation to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring power reliability, system uptime, and infrastructure resilience in our data centers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting UPS systems to support mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement, configure, and maintain UPS systems to ensure continuous power availability.
- Troubleshoot UPS failures, battery issues, and power distribution problems.
- Work with power distribution units (PDUs), generators, and backup systems .
- Assist in data center build-outs, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades .
- Perform routine inspections, load testing, and preventive maintenance on power equipment.
- Collaborate with network, security, and facilities teams to optimize data center operations.
- Document configurations, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and data center industry standards .
