Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive construction strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential residential areas for fiber optic network expansion.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to fiber optic network construction.
- Project Management:
- Oversee all aspects of fiber optic construction projects, from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
- Implement effective project tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and performance.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing construction team, including project managers, supervisors, and field personnel.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and safety within the construction team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contractor Management:
- Identify, qualify, and select qualified contractors for various construction activities.
