About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the consolidation and modernization of our tool ecosystem in the wireless business. Our organization manages multiple tools that need to be integrated into a cohesive platform to support 4G/5G network operations, cloud migration, and machine learning-driven automation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing a scalable, cloud-native architecture that enhances operational efficiency and supports future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tool Consolidation: Develop and execute a strategy to integrate and consolidate multiple existing tools into a unified platform.
- Architect Cloud Migration: Design and oversee the migration of tools and applications to the cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Wireless Network Expertise: Ensure architectural decisions align with best practices for 4G/5G networks, including OSS/BSS, core network integration, and real-time performance monitoring.
- Enable ML-Powered Automation: Leverage machine learning techniques for optimizing network settings dynamically, improving operational efficiency.
- Cross-Tool Interoperability: Establish standardized APIs and data pipelines to enable seamless communication between different tools and systems.
- Ensure Scalability & Security: Develop cloud-native architectures that ensure high availability, reliability, and security compliance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with engineering, operations, and business teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or system design.
- Strong understanding of 4G/5G wireless networks, including RAN, Core, and OSS/BSS.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with API development, microservices, and system integration.
- Proficiency in machine learning concepts and automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with data engineering, real-time processing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Kafka, Snowflake, Kubernetes, Terraform.
- Experience in wireless performance monitoring and network optimization.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
