Technical Recruiter
WAVSYS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, professional networks, industry events)
- Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and talent market insights
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Negotiate and extend offers to selected candidates
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university
- 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing technology professionals in IT and telecommunications roles
- Strong knowledge of the technology talent market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Outgoing, friendly, motivated individual who can work in collaboration with an experienced recruiting team
