We're looking for a Social Media and Community Manager to help us grow, engage, and nurture our online community, especially on Instagram and TikTok. Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute social media content strategies and calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Content Creation & UGC: Curate, create, and manage high-quality content (both original and user-generated) that aligns with the brand’s voice and aesthetic, focusing on showcasing product features, tutorials, trends, and customer experiences.
- Community Engagement: Build and foster a vibrant, loyal community by actively engaging with followers, influencers, and customers, responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Influencer & Ambassador Partnerships: Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to create authentic UGC, driving brand awareness and conversion.
- Plan & Execute Social Media Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Target relevant audience segments, monitor, and optimize ad performance to achieve key objectives such as brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content, campaigns, and community engagement strategies.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to keep the brand’s social presence fresh, relevant, and competitive.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management, community building, or content creation, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok) and engaging online communities.
- Strong knowledge of UGC best practices, content curation, and influencer marketing.
- Creative thinker with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for hair care, beauty trends, and social media innovation is a plus!
