The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in supporting the store management team by delivering exceptional customer experiences. This involves performing various tasks, including customer service, food and beverage preparation, cash register duties, general housekeeping, and other related functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Utilize the GREAT customer service model to ensure customer engagement.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for long periods and move frequently throughout the store.
- Lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Work safely with equipment that can create high temperatures.
Education and Experience:
- Pursuit of or high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior food service and/or customer service experience is beneficial.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
