Job Summary: The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the NJDC (New Jersey Distribution Center). The position will work cross functionally with Store Operations, Marketing, Forecasting and Replenishment and the extended business partners.

Job Description
Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Carney’s Point, NJ
Department: Supply Chain
Job Summary: The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operations of the NJDC (New Jersey Distribution Center). The position will work cross functionally with Store Operations, Marketing, Forecasting and Replenishment and the extended business partners.
Principal Duties
- Assist management in the daily execution of the NJDC distribution environment which includes documenting partner performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in store issue resolution which may include store visits and delivery observations.
- Assist the Supply Chain Department with analysis, problem solving and other tasks.
- Assist with routine operational activities such as tobacco returns processing and daily reporting.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer service
- Good organization and time management skills
- Enrollment in a Supply Chain, Logistics or other related degree program preferred
- Wawa store experience a plus
- Must have good computer skills, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
