Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing plans for all key Packaging & Supplies items.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
* Lead contract negotiations to obtain competitive costs while maintaining product quality.
* Deliver annual cost savings to reinvest in the business and drive growth and innovation.
* Manage all cost savings programs in coordination with the Enterprise Productivity team and Internal Audit to validate results versus established goals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred; Master's degree a plus.
* Minimum 7 years of demonstrated purchasing or sourcing experience.
* Excellent negotiations skills and strong proficiency in sourcing methods and tools.
* Proven vendor management experience.
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite applications.
