- Lead the center team in surpassing center and individual associate sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
- Manage costs effectively, from labor to product usage, to optimize financial performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise, motivate, inspire, and coach associates in achieving their professional best.
- Maintain exceptional service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching and support to maximize their potential.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with the District Manager and corporate leadership to execute initiatives and drive overall business success.

Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1 to 3 years of retail management experience, preferably with relevant industry experience.
- Flexible work schedule, including morning, evening, and weekends.
- Able to work 40 hours a work week
- Demonstrated success in achieving selling and operational excellence by hiring, leading, retaining, motivating, and developing effective Team Members.
- Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems promptly.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with associates and business landscape knowledge
- Strong knowledge of the business landscape and ability to translate findings to positively impact Center level business.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive, personable, and detail-oriented.
- Experience coaching, developing, and motivating those around you.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a team that drives results.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms at all levels.
- Proven ability to create an open and positive work environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and an obsession with creating the ultimate Team Member and guest experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Salary : $48,000 - $50,000
