Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, skid loaders, and excavators to perform excavation, grading, and material handling tasks.
- Dig trenches, holes, and foundations as required by project specifications.
- Knowledge of installing utility services.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate work activities effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment on construction sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with dozers, excavators, skid loaders and trailers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing site environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- A valid Class A CDL driver's license is required; relevant certifications for equipment operation are a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with heavy equipment operation.

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
