Waxhaw Soccer has coaching opportunities in its Classic competitive travel program. We have NCYSA U11-U3 boys' team openings and a U13 girls' team opening. Our competitive travel teams require coaches with either experience or very high competitive playing experience.

Bigger clubs make numbers and hire coaches to fill a role and field teams. Waxhaw Soccer Club is looking for coaches that have a passion for kids and use soccer to make an lasting impact. We want coaches that want to do more than just fill a spot, but that offers insight and enthusiasm that helps us to offer the best soccer experience in the South Charlotte area.
The individual we look for is someone who can build strong relationships with kids, parents, and fellow coaches alike. A USSF D license (or higher) or Grassroots 7v7 or 9v9 or 11v11 certification is preferred for these age groups, but not required with the appropriate soccer background and coaching experience.
As an organization we are looking to support and help grow our staff into better coaches through guidance and collaboration. You will work closely with our directors on a day to day basis. Outstanding performers will be considered for greater roles within the club, based on the results and feedback from the community.
