Position Overview

The Prophet 21 Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing the Prophet 21 ERP system using C#. The role involves working closely with various departments to understand business needs and translating them into technical solutions within the Prophet 21 environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Prophet 21, as well as a high level of proficiency in C# development. The Prophet 21 Developer will act as the subject matter expert for the P21 system and processes. They will provide detailed analysis, technical support and incident resolution. The role will also focus on areas of opportunity and make recommendations to ensure P21 is being fully optimized to its maximum potential to meet company objectives.

This is a remote position that can be worked anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities Include

• Design, develop, and enhance features within the Prophet 21 ERP system using C#.
• Customize and extend Prophet 21 functionality to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop integrations between Prophet 21 and other systems, including third-party applications and internal tools.
• Optimize performance, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the P21 database and application.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
• Create and maintain documentation for Prophet 21 customizations and processes.
• Provide technical support and training to Prophet 21 users and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with new features, updates, and best practices related to Prophet 21 and ERP systems.
