Key Responsibilities
💛 Deliver Customer Service Excellence
- Client Experience: Greet every client warmly and ensure they feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
- Appointment Management: Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations across multiple studio locations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly with a helpful, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and common areas throughout the day.
- Administrative Support: Assist with studio tasks and ad-hoc requests to help operations run smoothly.
- Membership & Retail Sales: Educate clients on our membership options, retail products, and service enhancements to drive conversions.
- Add-On Services: Proactively recommend and promote additional services during client visits.
- Marketing Support: Assist with content creation, in-studio signage, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients and highlight promotions.
- Client Outreach & Referrals: Execute win-back strategies, manage follow-up communications, and help boost Google reviews and referrals.
- Inventory Management: Restock and organize products regularly; assist in supply ordering to ensure the studio is always stocked.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re warm, upbeat, and professional.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with technology and familiar with social media platforms.
- Sales-driven mindset with the confidence to talk to clients about memberships and upgrades.
- A self-starter who brings positive energy and initiative to everything you do.
- Hourly Pay: $10 per hour
