The Role
We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to develop robust and scalable backend solutions for our all-in-one experiential platform. In this pivotal role, you will be an integral member of our engineering team, working on core products and owning critical parts that drive significant revenue. This role focuses on enhancing system performance and user data interactions, employing cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient backend features and APIs following sound Domain-Driven Design principles.
- Work with various technologies to ensure application scalability and reliability.
- Own large new areas within our product, from conception through to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
- Deliver high-quality code at a high velocity to engage our customers and meet market demands.
- Work across the entire product lifecycle, contributing to both strategic planning and operational execution.
- Be adaptable, with the ability to multi-task and learn new technologies quickly.
- Mentor less-experienced team members.
