Job Description for a Server position
- Previous serving experience require (2 years Manhattan experience preferred)
- Flexible availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Employee must perform opening and closing duties required of them
- Must be knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus along with the items' preparations, ingredients, and sourcing.
- Basic understanding of food, cocktails, and wine is necessary
- Employee is to be personable and engaging with guests.
- Applicant must have superior communication skills.
- Servers must be willing to work together with their Front of House and Back of House teammates.
- Server must be able efficiently delegate tasks to the back waiter in their team appropriate and professional manner.
- Must be willing to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Position will require the employee to climb up and down stairs multiple times throughout a shift
