Wayback Burgers is looking for Energetic and Outgoing Individuals. OPEN AVAILABILITY (Morning/Evening). Team Members at Wayback Burgers learn valuable new skills that can help them develop a career for their future. Team Members need to implement all the standard operational procedures of the company and make sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible. The right person will be passionate about food and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our guest. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.
Impressive work-ethic. Must be punctual (On time and dependable)
Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.
Ensure all products are prepared according to Wayback Burgers standards.
Must be able to multi-task
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning the kitchen area and other work stations and ensuring the total cleanliness of the workplace.
- Packaging takeout orders.
- Serving customers at the counters.
- Stocking of refrigerators and stations.
- Ensuring products/supplies are rotated using the FIFO method.
- Assembling food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads and preparing milkshakes.
- Preparing all food products according to standard operating procedures.
- Initiating actions to resolve customer complaints and referring customers concerns to the management.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have ability to stand during entire shift.
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation. Frequent washing of hands.
