The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.
Impressive work-ethic. Must be punctual (On time and dependable)
Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines including personal safety, equipment use, and food handling and storage.
Ensure all products are prepared according to Wayback Burgers standards.
Properly stock inventory using First-In/First-Out Clean the guest service areas, dining room tables and condiment stations, and food production and storage units
Must be able to multi-task
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent guest service
- Memorize our food and beverage menus and make recommendations to guests.
- Promptly address issues and refer guests to management when necessary.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have ability to stand during entire shift.
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation. Frequent washing of hands.
