Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Superintendent located in El Cajon, CA. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for supporting the Superintendent and PRoject Manager in the day-to-day operations of construction projects. Duties include scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring job site safety, maintaining project documentation, and communicating effectively with the project team and stakeholders. - Experience in scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and managing resources
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices and protocols
- Proficient in maintaining project documentation and records
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to work on-site in San Diego County
- Ability to effectively support the Superintendent and project team
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Procore and Bluebeam Experience is preferred
