Nurse Supervisor (LPN)

Our pay range (LPNs) begins at $24.50 an hour & INCREASES based on your established experience. Our ranges caps at $28.00. Final pay rate is determined at the facility level after verification of experience. Wage shift differentials are offered for 2^nd/3^rd shifts. Also, get paid every Friday (weekly).

Examples of Duties Performed:

• Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all patient care activities for a long-term care nursing services department in accordance current federal, state, and local regulations.
• Plans and directs staff work assignments and deploys and adjusts staff to meet changing operational needs.
• Insures that medication, treatments, diets, rehabilitation, and restorative care is provided to patients in accordance with physician orders and patient individual needs.
• Provides emotional support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

To be considered for this opportunity applicants must:

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse from the Georgia State Nursing Board and at least two years related supervisory work experience.

• Possess ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships with patients, family members, department heads, and fellow associates.
