Safety & Security Manager
Location: Aberdeen, Maryland

eCommerce company. The Safety and Security Site Manager will be responsible for
providing leadership on all life safety and security related standards, systems,
processes, while driving our safety and security initiatives across the supply chain
network. Reports into the Supply Chain Safety and Security Manager and will be
responsible for providing leadership with options, recommendations and best
practices as a subject matter expert in safety and security.
- Partner with operations to ensure the implementation and adherence of all

- Escalate requested changes and best practices to the Safety Compliance
- Anticipate, identify, evaluate hazardous conditions and build practices to aid

What You’ll Need
- 2 years in a dedicated Safety/Security role or similar experience required.
- Lean Six-Sigma experience desired.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification, preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements that govern
management skills.
- Knowledge of local, state and federal fire and safety regulations and laws.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of safety and security concepts, best
distribution environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, strong organizational and

Salary: The salary range for this position is $85,025 - $95,950 however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
