Position Summary:
The Graduate Sales and Marketing Coordinator develops and executes marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals. This role requires a variety of skill sets, as well as initiative, flexibility, competence, attention to detail, effective follow-through, a strong sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize critical tasks. The Graduate Sales and Marketing Coordinator position is a permanent, full-time position.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital content.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including lead generation and special promotions.
- Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Answer questions about products and services.
- Manage sales data, including tracking sales and meeting quotas.
- Organize events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Facilitate new product development, including packaging, spec sheets, and price lists.
- Create and distribute presentations and supporting documents to help sales teams generate business leads.
- Manage customer and vendor relations.
- Perform other duties as required. This list of responsibilities and duties is not all inclusive and may change over time.
Education, Training, and Experience Required:
- High School diploma or commensurate experience.
- Ability to travel and be hands on in a small emerging business.
- 2-3 years of experience with second tier accounts and some marketing exposure.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Able to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent task prioritization and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to utilize computer skills including software for word-processing, spreadsheet creation and maintenance, database utilization and specialized business applications.

Physical Requirements:

Working Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to indoor office conditions, an indoor garage facility, and outdoors in all types of weather conditions and temperature variations. Worker may be exposed to grease, dirt, gas fumes, sun, and inclement weather and the normal hazards that are present in working with machinery and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can sometimes be loud. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration. The employee must maintain shop in an orderly, clean, and safe condition.
