Compensation:
- In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role Summary
As a Program Assistant, you will be pivotal in supporting children, youth, and families facing life’s toughest challenges. Whether you provide hands-on case management, help to develop life skills, or provide emotional support, your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve.

How you will Impact Change:
- Run reports pertaining to billable services within the electronic health record, as well as dispersing reports to appropriate staff and supervisor.
- Coordinate and maintain multidisciplinary team meeting scheduling as relevant for client coordination of care providers, developing meeting agendas and calendar of external meetings with managed care plans and other collaborative partners.
- Ensure all new hires have the required NPI number, as well as are associated with Wayfinder Family Services within the NPPES Registry.
- Manages and maintains other records in accordance with set policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education and Credentials
- High School Diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Two to three years’ experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a medical office or mental health program.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, with a broad range of delegated responsibilities.
- Good grammar, diction, ability to write clearly and concisely.
