Compensation:

• In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Role Summary

As a Program Supervisor, you will be pivotal in supporting children, youth, and families facing life’s toughest challenges. Whether you provide hands-on case management, help to develop life skills, or provide emotional support, your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve.

How you will Impact Change:

• Provide oversight and management over four programs to ensure program policies and procedures are maintained.
• Conduct regular supervision with all staff to provide guidance on service delivery/cases and discuss work performance.
• Regularly review reports and case files of staff to ensure agency policies and procedures are maintained.
• Provide consultation and guidance on service delivery, complex casework, or operational needs; regularly review case records for quality, quantity, timeliness of service and conformance to regulations.
• Set performance goals which comply and align with agency key performance indicators.

Education and Credentials

• A master’s degree in social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.
• California licensure as an Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Three years of experience working with high-risk children, adolescents, adults and/or families within the Mental Health, Educational, Child Welfare and/or Juvenile Probation systems preferred.
• Supervisory experience in a related field is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to make frequent field visits, attend meetings, conferences and other job related events away from headquarters. If driving a personal vehicle, must be approved by our agency’s automobile insurance carrier.
