Compensation:

• In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Role Summary

As a Senior Systems and Security Administrator, you will be pivotal in supporting children, youth, and families facing life’s toughest challenges. Whether you provide hands-on case management, help to develop life skills, or provide emotional support, your work will directly impact the lives of those we serve.

How you will Impact Change:

• Defining and enforcing security policies across Microsoft platforms like Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Configuring security settings for user accounts, groups, and applications to manage access controls.
• Implementing data loss prevention (DLP) policies to protect sensitive information.
• Actively monitoring security alerts and incidents generated by Microsoft security.
• Investigating potential security breaches and taking appropriate response actions.

Qualifications

Education and Credentials

• At a minimum, must possess a certification from a technology-focused accredited program. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals are highly desirable. Combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Extensive experience in helpdesk operations, including user support, training material development and delivery, systems analysis, and troubleshooting is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing over 20 Windows Servers and server virtualization technologies like VMWare or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Advanced skills in Active Directory, O365, and networking.
