Enrollment Coach

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in guiding and supporting students in their academic and personal development. This position requires a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, promoting student engagement, and enhancing overall educational experiences. The Coach will work closely with students to provide academic advising, facilitate recruitment efforts, and deliver public speaking engagements that inspire and educate.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising to students, helping them navigate their educational paths and make informed decisions.
• Engage in recruiting activities to attract prospective students and promote university programs.
• Conduct public speaking sessions to educate students on various topics related to their academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop strategies that enhance student success and retention.
• Utilize Ellucian software for managing student records and tracking academic progress.
• Foster relationships with students, offering support and guidance throughout their university experience.
• Organize workshops and events that encourage student participation and engagement in campus life.

Experience

• Proven experience in education administration, preferably within a university setting.
• Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student management systems is highly desirable.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Experience working directly with students in an academic or mentoring capacity is essential.
• Background in recruiting or academic advising is a plus, showcasing the ability to connect with prospective students.
• A passion for educating others and contributing positively to the university community is crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.74 - $19.23 per hour

Expected hours: 37.75 per week
